TGV tickets home delivery

I had booked tickets from the TGV site (http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/home/) for Artesia night train (Milan to Paris) and chose the home delivery option. I had booked the tickets on 18th June and have not yet received the tickets although their site states delivery within 7 working days. We will be leaving for Italy on 13th June. I wrote to the customer service, but they replied that tickets have been sent by them and the tickets have not been returned back. What if the tickets don%26#39;t reach us? Please help.

Do you have a confirmation number and was your credit card charged for the purchase?

If yes, you should be able to pickup the tickets before departure at any SNCF service window or boutique (unless the tickets were PREMs which you print at home). As the departure is in Italy, I am unsure of what the local SNCF representation might be.

There may still be time to clarify by mail. Send a note to the following address containing all references to your ticket purchase and ask:

Rail Europe

After Sales service,

PO Box 10012,

B-1060 Brussels 6

I don%26#39;t think you should panic yet, but I would suggest trying to call them. Really, you need to know their answer to this question. For instance, is it possible to just cancel those tickets, have new ones issued, and print them yourself or pick them up at the station? Good luck with this. FYI, this is a lot of why some people just pick up at the station (for future reference).

I cannot find a contact number on the TGV site for calling them up.

The number for SNCF is:

33 1 72 38 76 38

Do not assume someone on the other will be able to speak any language other than French.

If your French skills are limited, you may try:

33 8 92 35 35 39 (English)

Please, follow the advice given in my first post while you still have time. Write and explain your problem.

Sarastro, thanks a lot. I will write to them and try calling up also. I can%26#39;t speak French at all.
