Paris - Marseille

Bonjour!

Merciii :)

Hi !

I%26#39;m trying to find the cheapest way to go from Paris to Marseille. I found a plane ticket with RyanAir for 50 euros but if you include all the charges, it comes up to around 100 euros... Does anybody know if theres a cheaper way to get there? Time is not a problem and we would be traveling around the end of the month of june. If anybody knows anything, let me know :)

Thaaaank you !

Depending on what day at the end of June, you could take the train. I just checked fares from June 24 to June 28th. Most were from 90 to 102 euros (one way - Paris to Marseille). However, there was one for 65 and a couple for between 70 and 88.

Problem is the later into June you get, the closer you get to the end of the school year. This is when bunches of French folks head to the rails for a holiday.

Most of the cheap rail fares (for the end of June) were booked several weeks ago when they came on sale.

Still, it could be cheaper than your flight, but not a lot.
