How much time should I allow between plane arrival in Nice until train departure for train to Avignon? Planning on reserving train ticket soon. I have read posts about how to take bus from airport to train station, but how long will the whole process likely take. I will be arriving on Aug 30. Thanks in advance! Sharon

If you allow an hour you should have lots of time for eventualities...
We arrived in Nice at 6:30 AM and were waiting for the bus by 7. It took a good 20 minutes to arrive but
once we got rolling it went pretty quickly at that early hour.
At the end of August things could be busy at the train station though so you don%26#39;t want to plan it too tightly...

you don%26#39;t mention when your flight arrives but here is the quickest most useful bus . It costs 4 euros per person and takes about 15 minutes to go direct to the main train station in Nice. It runs between around 8am and 9pm

there are other buses which start earlier and finish later if necessary
