I can%26#39;t find the link and think I must have dreamt it!! It doesn%26#39;t show up on google Earth? Can anyone enlighten me please?

Hi

You havent dreamt it,its called

%26#39;Domaine de Pin de la legue%26#39; there are 4 or 5 restaurants, tabac, small supermarket, boulangerie, butchers, garden center and a few other small shops...oh and a caravan sales place and a garage.

If you would like any help or info for that area give us a shout,we own a mobile home on Holiday Green.

Hi there I-love-sun62

Thanks very much for that info, we are going to Holiday Green for two weeks on 25th July this year and have no transport so that will be a help for shopping if we can walk there? I know there is a shop on site but they are sometimes quite expensive?

Many thanks

Hi,

We are a family of six(two kids, two grandparents and two parents)who are holidaying in Holiday Green on the 27th June.

We have booked a caravan through a friend and would like as much info as possible.

How hot is it there?

Can i hire bedding(sheets)and how much?

What about towels?

Hire of a car?is it wise to hire a car,as we have no transport hired to and from Nice Airport(we would need to hire a vehicle for 6 plus luggage).

Could we hire a fan for caravan if need be?

Cheapest supermarket available to us at hand?

Whats the prices like on site for things?

Loungers at pool.how much do they cost,or are they free?

Lastly, how cramped do you think we will be in a 6 berth caravan?

Thanks

Dougie

Hiya

The shop on site at Holiday Green in less expensive than the one at Pin de la legue, the one they have has more choice.you would be just as well catching the local bus outside the site, this goes past %26#39;Leader Price%26#39; supermarket just down the road but not within walking distance, where you could get everything you need,we use it all the time. The only snag being you may have about 45 mins wait inbetween buses, there is a bar/cafe just by the bust stop where you could wait.Reception will give you a timetable or you can look at the actual bus stop, you need to get off at CAIS.

Hope this helps

Thanks for your help with info, I think I have it fairly sussed now!!! The only problem I have is that the buses appear to stop running at 9pm so if you haven%26#39;t got transport you can%26#39;t go out at night to Frejus.St Raphael! I%26#39;ve heard that the taxis are horribly expensive? I suppose there isn%26#39;t any other choice? Does Holiday Green provide enough entertainment and decent food to not miss going out? Perhaps you can give me some tips?

Many thanks

Hi

Depending on your managers, you may find that they do a private taxi service from Frejus/St Raphael, then you could get the bus down into town and ask them to pick you up.

I dont know as Holiday Green would be my choice for every night of my holiday as far as entertainment goes, they have shows every night except a saturday.

we havent yet tried the new restaurant, its only just opened, but it looks very very nice and a good menu too.The site next door is walking distance and you have the choice of about 5 or so places to eat.

Lots of people go into town tea time and get the last bus back for Paul vernet square (Frejus bus station) its right in the cenyer of town.
