Moulin Rouge = NO NO NO NO !

(scroll down to the bottom of the thread)

Boattrip = Les Vedettes du Pont Neuf

Why ? The landing place is more central, the boats are smaller, the ambiance is cozier. And the guides are not all that horrible and %26quot;pushy%26quot;.

Hi, Moulin Rouge is worthwhile if it is something you are considering. There has been a lot that has been commented here both for and against seeing the show. I didn%26#39;t think I%26#39;d care to go-really had no intention-but my aunt to her this sort of show is great so I booked for us. Surprisingly to me the show was a good variety type although the food was mediocre yet edible. It was memorable/worthwhile to her. Therefore, if you think you%26#39;d enjoy seeing the show then just go.

Everyone who has been has a personal opinion on this,, and there are two camps for sure.

I am in the %26quot;don%26#39;t bother%26quot; camp myself, but certainly you will hear from others who enjoyed the show well enough.

I have never read of anyone ever saying the food was worth it, but ,, I suggest that if you want to see the show ,, do so, but do not go for the dinner show. Price is high enough without wasting extra on what even supporters of the show will say is at best a mediorce meal.
