6 Days in Paris in October

We are going to be n Paris for 6 days starting the 3rd of October and we would like to be in a nice hotel but do not want to pay an arm and a leg for it.

We would like to be within walking distance of as many of the Paris highlights as possible.

We have been thinking area 6 or 7 but we are open to any suggestions and would like to stay under the 80.to 90 euro

We just got back from Europe and spent a few nights at Hotel Sevigne, right on the rue de Antoine in the Marais. There%26#39;s a Metro stop directly across the street, many shops, cafes, bars, bakeries, and markets in the neighborhood, and you%26#39;re a short walk from many of the best sights and neighborhoods in central Paris. It was around 80 euro per night for a small, basic room. Our room faced the street and was noisy at night, but I think other rooms wouldn%26#39;t have that problem. Definitely recommended.
