From customs, where do you go for the AIR FRANCE BUS?

Could anyone tell me how to proceed after clearing custom (Terminal 2 CDG) to get to an Air France Bus to board? I understand you pay the bus drivers when you board. Do they accept US credit cards or is cash the only form of payment%26gt;

Thanks

Don%26#39;t worry, it%26#39;s clearly indicated (aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/en-GB/Passagers/Acce…).

I wouldnt say it was clearly indicated!

you have to look on the actual roadway for the sign painted on the blacktop. There is no upright sign on the sidewalk. If you walk out the door indicated in the link its probably nearby, but I was (mistakenly) looking for upright signs like there seemed to be for all the other shuttles when it was actually painted on the road.

I remember the stop being close to the exit and clearly indicated. Not sure if you can pay by CC, try to contact them and ask.

well, maybe because you%26#39;re a more similar culture, you%26#39;re used to looking on the ground for signage? Then again, I never have any trouble finding the airport bus at Montreal!

I%26#39;m the queen of mass transit, but swear I spent a good 1/2 hour and asked multiple airport employees before I found the bus! But, I didnt have that door 2C info.

also to the OP - leave plenty of time to get back to CDG. I waited well over an hour for the bus at Gare de Lyon on a Sunday morning...

See

Also, for a map, select your specific terminal - 2E, 2A...?

There is also information on the Air France website. Click LINES, then on the NUMBER of your desired route, then the map will indicate (with arrows) the exact location of the stops at CDG.

If the above link does not work, go to the Air France website, Information and Services, Practical Information, Air France buses...

From the easy CDG website:

%26quot;You can buy tickets at Air France coaches ticket counter (in Terminals 1and 2, except 2G) or directly from the driver.%26quot;

I would assume the driver needs cash so either hit an ATM or use your credit card at the counter...

Thanks to everyone for the info!!!

There%26#39;s an ATM roughly between where you exit customs and where you go to get the Air France bus. Bear to the left when you exit customs and you%26#39;ll see the ATM. After the ATM keep walking to the left and you should see signs for the bus. At least that%26#39;s what I remember.
