centre pompidou, eiffel tower & lourve tickets?

Can tickets for Centre Pompidou, eiffel tower and lourve tickets be purchased in advance online - if so which is the best to buy for two adults and two kids aged 4 %26amp; 12 late july - or is their a best time to queue i.e. early morning - any comments would be welcomed.

Eiffel Tower cannot be purchased in advance.

Pompidou very rarely has big queues, and Louvre queues can usually be skipped by entering from the underground shopping centre: see many previous posts.

I have just read about the lack of queues for louvre and centre pompidou on other sites thanks. do you have to queue for eiffel tower even to walk to 1st or 2nd floor. can you also tell me if i was to book tickets in advance as my kids are under 16 do they require tickets - i have read where musem passes are not require for under 16%26#39;s.

We went to an exhibit at the Pompidou Center this past April and there was a line both to get into the center and to buy tickets. It was on a rainy weekday morning so more people might have been going.

But once inside we noticed that while there was a very long line to purchase tickets from a human being in a booth, there were only about 8 - 10 people waiting to by tickets with a cc from the machine to the right. We used that and saved at least 40 - 50 minutes.

For the Eiffel have a walk about and not just join the first line you see.

we went there in the late afternoon and the second corner queue was much shorter.

For Louvre, the undergroung queue is much shorter and we purchased advanced tickets so we could go the next day.
