Actually a two-part question, as it seems that, despite the offerings by third parties, one cannot get an advance ticket for the Eiffel Tower, is this correct?
Second part - we want to take the tower tour for Notre Dame. It seems as though they sell them in advance, but wandering around the website of Notre Dame, I cannot seem to find them. Anyone have any ideas?

The Eiffel Tower does not sell advance tickets.
You can get into the Notre Dame towers without paying if you have the Paris Musees card, but you still have to queue with everyone else.
