I think you should stay in the 5th or 6t arr because you%26#39;ll be surrounded by fun bars, restaurants, music venues, etc. There are lots of clubs in Paris--music of all sorts. Use the search box to narrow down the Paris forums--you can type in %26quot;dancing,%26quot; %26quot;blues,%26quot; %26quot;jazz,%26quot; etc. and read reviews about the venues as well on this site.
