horse riding france

our favourite frenchridingholidays in Asprieres only has a couple of days available in early August so I am looking at Harris Horse holidays in Bordeaux or Foxcroft in the Camargue or Domaine de Fraisse near Carcassone .

Does anyone have any information on any of these for experienced riders to enjoy particularly hacking in the countryside ---- number on rides, pace, safety on rides, heat in high summer, friendliness etc
