Using the train/metro for CDG airport transfer

Arriving in paris at CDG and would like to use the train to transfer in, which line/deal/ticket do I take? There will be 4 adults.

Also thinking about going to Versailles - can we just get a train at the Gare du Nord?

Any help very much appreciated!

Where do you want to go to in Paris? To get to the city centre, you can take the RER B Line. The tickets are 8.40 euros each. Are you staying near Gare du Nord? If you let us know where, then people can tell you what metro to transfer to after the RER.

There is a very general description of the options of travelling from CDG into Paris. Without some idea of where you are going in Paris, it will be difficult to suggest appropriate options:

1. Taxi - Depending upon number in your party, it may be the cheapest option. I list Taxi G7 primarily as a outbound option. From CDG, proceed to the taxi queue for the next available taxi.
